Joining CGC
Currently, we only allow one membership per household.
No. Your membership is valid for submissions of your collectibles only.
Because of the benefits of your membership, a prorated refund is not available. However, if you have signed up for auto-renewal and wish to cancel your membership (and have not used the grading credits that come with certain membership tiers), you may receive a refund of your membership dues. The request to cancel must be in writing within 30 days of auto-renewal and emailed to CGC Customer Service at Service@CGCgrading.com.
CGC Member Benefits
Your CGC membership gives you submission privileges for cards, comics, home media, and other collectibles certified by CGC. If you are an Associate, Premium, or Elite member, you can also submit to NGC (coins) and PMG (paper money). Use your same sign in information to make submissions with the other Certified Collectibles Group companies. JSA services for autographed memorabilia do not require membership. CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph services for cards and comics are included with CGC membership.
The Premium and Elite membership levels offer a $150 credit as an additional benefit. This credit will be automatically applied to your submissions until it is used up. There is no need to request that CGC apply this credit.
Yes, the credit will expire on the membership expiration date listed in your confirmation email.
