CGC Announces Revised Services and Fees for Submissions Made in Hong Kong

The changes to CGC’s services and fees are effective April 1, 2025, for submissions made to the Hong Kong, China, office.

On April 1, 2025, Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) will update some of its services and fees for cards, including CGC Signature Series and CGC x JSA services. A full list of the changes is below.

The new fees apply to all online submission forms completed April 1, 2025, or later. Online submission forms completed before April 1, 2025, must arrive at Certified Collectibles Group — International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong) by April 22, 2025, to qualify for the previous pricing.

Updates to CGC Grading Tiers and Services for Cards

  • Bulk tier – fee changed to $14

  • Standard tier – fee changed to $42

  • Express tier – fee changed to $80

  • WalkThrough tier – fee changed to $260; max. value changed to $100,000

  • Unlimited Value tier – (NEW TIER) $260 + 1% FMV, $2,600 max.

  • Jumbo card – fee changed to $22

  • Quick Submit Bulk – fee changed to $14

  • ReHolder – fee changed to $10

Updates to CGC Signature Series for Cards

  • Standard tier – fee changed to $65

  • Express tier – fee changed to $110

  • WalkThrough tier – fee changed to $310; max. value changed to $100,000

  • Unlimited Value tier – (NEW TIER) $310 + 1% FMV, $2,650 max.

  • Jumbo card – fee changed to $37

  • TCG, sports or non-sports coin – fee changed to $37

  • ReHolder – fee changed to $10

Updates to CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph Certification for Cards

  • WalkThrough tier – max. value changed to $100,000

  • Unlimited Value tier – (NEW TIER) $750

  • Jumbo card – fee changed to $25

  • TCG, sports or non-sports coin – fee changed to $25

  • ReHolder – fee changed to $10

Updates Effective April 1, 2025

Updated online submission forms and price sheets reflecting these changes will be available starting April 1, 2025. CGC online submission forms completed before April 1, 2025, must be delivered to Certified Collectibles Group — International Hong Kong Limited by April 22, 2025, to qualify for the previous pricing.
