As one of the most dynamic quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL, Baltimore Ravens superstar Lamar Jackson has built a career on being an elite dual-threat quarterback. Drafted late in the first round at No. 32 overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, Jackson helped redefine his position in the modern game. While most prior dual-threat quarterbacks favored the pass or the run, the former Louisville Cardinal excels at both, making him one of the most athletic players to ever line up under center and one of the best of his generation.
As the 2026 NFL regular season continues, CGC is revisiting one of Lamar Jackson's player sets through a CGC Cards Registry user's impressive collection of the quarterback's cards. CGC Cards Registry set owner Cheryl7501's top-ranked Lamar Jackson player set showcases almost 30 cards, spanning most of his career in the NFL. The Registry set boasts seven cards graded CGC Gem Mint 10, and no cards are graded less than CGC 8. In addition, the collection features 14 Top Pops, helping it earn the coveted recognition as a Top Ranked set in the CGC Cards Registry.
The 2016 Heisman Trophy winner found early success in the pros. In only his second season in Baltimore, Jackson led the league in touchdowns and broke the single-season QB rushing record (1,206 yards), securing a unanimous NFL MVP Award in 2019. A few years later, he would earn his second MVP Award, placing him among the league's most elite quarterbacks. Jackson's performances also helped build a huge fanbase for the player on and off the field, with card collectors flocking to his cards and making him one of the most collected football players of the last decade.
Although Jackson has faced hurdles in the playoffs and a Lombardi Trophy still evades him, the 29-year-old is in the prime of his career and has already assembled an iconic football resume. Jackson is not only a two-time NFL MVP but is also a four-time Pro Bowl selection who has already broken multiple league records.
He is the all-time leader in rushing yards for a quarterback, ranks first in all-time career passer rating during the regular season, and is tied for the record for most games played with a perfect passer rating (4). These milestones have helped make his cards popular to chase, whether they are coveted rookie cards, base cards, parallels, inserts, relic cards, or any other collectible tied to Jackson's already impressive career.
After a strong start to the 2026 season — passing for 967 yards, six touchdowns, and only one interception in four games — Jackson sprained an ankle, which could sideline him in the short term. However, after leading the Ravens to a 3-1 record to start the season, Jackson and his Baltimore teammates should still be in good shape to make a run for another AFC North division title. However, the ultimate goal will be bringing Baltimore their third Super Bowl championship.
