It is with mixed emotions that CCG announces the upcoming retirement of Richard Stein and Patricia Misani. Richard began working with CCG in 2008, laying the foundation for and nurturing what has become a thriving presence in the region. Patricia joined a few years later, singlehandedly leading our marketing and trade show efforts in Europe for many years.
In recent years, CCG has seen rapid growth in demand for its expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services in Europe. The company serves the region through its offices in Munich and London, which accept submissions of coins, banknotes, comic books (London only), magazines (London only) trading card games (TCGs), sports cards and non-sports cards. CCG’s Munich office expects to start accepting comic books and magazines in Munich later this year.

Reflecting on his tenure, Richard shared, "Looking back, I feel an immense sense of accomplishment. It’s been an incredible journey, and I take pride in the legacy that our team has built. I am grateful to everyone in our Munich and London offices for their tremendous effort and contributions. As I prepare to step into this new phase of my life, I do so with excitement knowing that the future of CCG in Europe is incredibly bright. I have full confidence in the team to take it to even greater heights."
Steven R. Eichenbaum, CEO of CCG, expressed his gratitude for Richard's and Patricia’s years of service. “Richard has been instrumental in building our European operations from the ground up, and Patricia has provided valuable support. Their strong efforts and dedication have left a lasting impact on our company, and we will certainly miss both of them. We wish them well as they prepare to embark on this next chapter.”
With their upcoming departure, Richard’s responsibilities will be split among two talented leaders. Anna Pâris, Head of Sales - Europe will take over his sales duties, while Jacqueline Fuebrich, Manager - Operations will handle his operational role, ensuring continuity and a seamless transition for the European offices. Anna can be reached at aparis@collectiblesgroup.com for sales-related inquiries.
Our customers and team members will remember Richard and Patricia’s contributions to CCG, and their legacy will live on through the continued growth and success of CCG’s European operations. We thank them for their years of service and wish them all the best in retirement!
